Yoghurt with Brunella Strawberry

To make this recipe you will need:

PRODUCT For a TRAY
White Base 4,000 kg
Yoghurt40 0,160 kg
Cremoso+ 0,060 kg
Brunella Strawberry q.b.
TOTAL 4,220 kg

Preparation

Pour the White Base into a jug and add the Cremoso+ and Yoghurt40.
Carefully mix everything with a whisk or mixer. Pour the mix into the gelato
machine and prepare the gelato. Once ready, put it in a tub.
After removing it, variegate with Brunella Strawberry.
