White Chocolate Ice cream with Brunella Lemon

To make this recipe you will need:

PRODUCT For a TRAY
Tutto Cioccolato Bianco 0,800 kg
Boiling water 1,200 kg
Brunella Lemon q.b.
TOTAL 2,000 kg

Preparation

Spread a layer of Brunella Lemon along the bottom of a tub and place in a blast chiller until it hardens.
Pour the boiling water into a jug and add the Tutto Cioccolato Bianco, mixing well.
Pour the mix into the ice cream machine and prepare the ice cream.
After removing, place the ice cream – variegating it with sponge cake crumbs – on the layer of Brunella Lemon until a smooth surface is formed.
Place back into the blast chiller until it hardens.
After removing the tub from the blast chiller, cover with another layer of Brunella Lemon and put back in the blast chiller until it hardens.
