To make this recipe you will need:

PRODUCT For a TRAY
Fresh pineapple 400 g
Selezione Prestige Alphonso Mango Paste 20 g
Selezione Prestige Coconut Paste 20 g
Frutta 50 base 30 g
Sugar 240 g
Water 290 g
TOTAL 1000 g

Preparation

  • Mix the Fruit 50 base with the sugar, add the water and then the Coconut Paste and the Alphonso Mango Paste.
  • To finish, add the pineapple cut in cubes and mix accurately with a whisk or mixer.
  • Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and prepare the gelato.
