To make this recipe you will need:

PRODUCT For a TRAY
White Base 4,000 kg
Tiramisu paste S.A. 0,280 kg
Milk 0,160 kg
Brunella CROK Vanilla Cookie q.b.
TOTAL 4,440 kg

Preparation

Pour the White Base into a jug and add the milk and Tiramisu Paste S.A.
Mix everything together carefully and pour the mix into the gelato machine.
Put the gelato in a tub.
After removing it, variegate with Brunella CROK Vanilla Cookie.
