Boiling water 2200 g
Aymara Santo Domingo 1 bag
VARIEGATE:
Signor Strudel to taste
TOTAL 4000 g

Preparation

  • Add the boiling water to Aymara Santo Domingo and mix accurately with a whisk or mixer.
  • Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and prepare the gelato.
  • In extraction, variegate with Signor Strudel.
