Selezione Prestige Raspberry Variegate to taste
Brunella Dark Chocolate to taste

Preparation

  • Add Aymara Tutto Extranero to the boiling water.
  • Mix accurately with a whisk or a mixer.
  • Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and prepare the gelato.
  • Prepare a layer of chocolate sponge cake and cover it with Extradark chocolate, variegated with Raspberry Variegate, and place into the blast chiller for around 10 minutes.
  • End with a layer of Brunella Dark Chocolate, as cremino.
