To make this recipe you will need:

GELATO MIX:
FruttUP! Green Apple 300 g
Cinnamon 8 g
Water 346 g
Milk 346 g
VARIEGATE:
Brunella CROK Speculoos to taste
TOTAL 1000g

Preparation

– Heat the water to 35 °C and add FruttUP! Green apple and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly and add the milk.
– Stir accurately with a whisk or mixer.
– Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and prepare the gelato.
– Variegate in extraction with Brunella CROK Speculoos.
