To make this recipe you will need:

GELATO MIX:
Strawberries 370 g
Mix Frutta 250 g
Water 350 g
Strawberry paste 30 g
VARIEGATE:
Balsamic vinegar to taste
Strawberry Variegate to taste
TOTAL 1000g

Preparation

– Prepare the mixture by thoroughly mixing all the ingredients with a whisk or mixer.
– Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and prepare the gelato.
– Variegate in extraction with balsamic vinegar and Strawberry Variegate.
