Fior di Panna with Brunella Strawberry and Meringue (semi-circle cake h 8 cm x Ø 16 cm)

To make this recipe you will need:

PRODUCT
Sponge Cake Circle
Fior di Panna Semifreddo
Meringue Grain
Brunella Strawberry
Vanilla Syrup
Cocoa Spray

Preparation

Form a shell of Fior di Panna Semifreddo in the mould.
Fill with a semi-circle of Brunella Strawberry mixed with meringue grain.
Fill the mould with the Fior di Panna Semifreddo.
Place a circle of Sponge Cake smaller than the diameter of the mould on the bottom. Place in a blast chiller and then remove from the mould.
Cover the surface of the dome with Cocoa Spray.
