Extradark with salt and strawberries

Boiling water 2700 g
Aymara Tutto Extranero 1 bag
Brown Cocoa 22/24 200 g
Pink Himalayan Salt 7 g
VARIEGATE:
Selezione Prestige Strawberry Variegate to taste
TOTAL 4707 g

Preparation

  • Mix the boiling water with Aymara Tutto Extranero and add Brown Cocoa 22/24 and pink salt.
  • Mix accurately with a whisk or mixer.
  • Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and prepare the gelato.
  • In extraction, variegate with Selezione Prestige Strawberry Variegate.
