To make this recipe you will need:

BASE:
Boiling water 525 g
Aymara Tutto Fondente 475 g
VARIEGATE:
Crispy bacon q.b.
TOTAL 1000g

Preparation

  • Add the boiling water to Aymara Tutto Fondente and mix accurately with a whisk or mixer.
  • Meanwhile, toast the bacon in a pan until it is very crispy.
  • Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and prepare the gelato.
  • Once ready, place in the tray and enrich with the crumbled bacon.
