create an unparalleled ice cream:
- 6 X 1.5 KG BUCKETS WITH CIOCCOGEL BASE
- 6 X 1 KG BAGS OF 72% DARK CHOCOLATE DISCS
- 2 X 1 KG BAGS OF COCOA POWDER
- Dosage: 1.5 kg of Cioccogel + 2.3 kg of boiling water + 1 kg of 72% dark chocolate discs + 300 g cocoa powder + 150 g dextrose
